Rolling Meadows hosted a successful National Night Out on August 4, 2026. Residents gathered for food, music, and conversation alongside Lancaster police and fire personnel. Thank you to every neighbor and volunteer who helped make the evening one of the best-attended community events in the district's history.
The Board will hold its budget meeting at Lancaster City Hall, 211 N. Henry Street, to review the proposed FY 2027 district budget, the assessment roll, and planned capital projects for the coming year. Residents are encouraged to attend, review the posted agenda in advance, and share comments during the public comment period.
The district has completed erosion repair work at the Phase 3 pond in partnership with Cardinal Strategy Construction Company. The project stabilized the failing bank, installed new erosion control along the shoreline, and re-graded and re-established turf on the surrounding slope. The repair protects adjacent lots and restores proper drainage through the detention area.
