Rolling Meadows is served by two volunteer bodies: the PID Advisory Board, which oversees assessment-funded public improvements in partnership with the City of Lancaster, and the HOA Board, which administers community standards.
The Rolling Meadows HOA/PID is managed by Principal Management Group (an Associa company), with Ferronica Briggs listed as the primary community contact.
Board seats are filled at the annual joint meeting. Residents in good standing may express interest at any time.
