The Rolling Meadows Public Improvement District (PID) is a designated assessment area in Lancaster, Texas, established to fund enhanced public infrastructure and landscaping for the neighborhood. Our goal is to preserve and elevate the character of Rolling Meadows for current and future residents.

The subdivision covers approximately 38.8 acres and is located generally on the east and west sides of Rolling Hills Place, north of Beltline Road, within the City of Lancaster, Texas.
A Public Improvement District is a defined geographic area established by a municipality where property owners pay a special assessment to fund improvements and services that benefit the district. In Rolling Meadows, those funds pay for enhanced landscaping, monument and entryway maintenance, street lighting improvements, and select common-area infrastructure.
The PID is authorized under Chapter 372 of the Texas Local Government Code and operates in coordination with the City of Lancaster.
